Brian has had over 25 years of experience as a CEO in Australia and is best known in Australian Rules football States in Australia for leadership roles in AFL football. He is an AFL Life Member and was awarded an Australian Sports Medal in 2000. Brian has been in demand in his consulting practice for almost 10 years since leaving his last CEO role. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, holds a Bachelor of Science and a Diploma in Education and is an accredited RocheMartin practitioner in EQ. He works with individuals as a coach and mentor and provides bespoke leadership development consulting. He also sits as a Director on five diverse Boards and acts as Chairman of four of these.

Hayley is an Organisational Psychologist. She has been consulting for more than 15 years and her experience comes from a combination of psychology, human resources and recruitment. Hayley has been consulting to a diverse range of industries in her role as an Organisational Psychologist for many years, assisting businesses to become more productive and effective through her work with individuals, teams and organisations as a whole. Jason is an Organisational Development (OD) consultant with over 15 years of experience working in Australia and across the world within the disciplines of OD, Human Resources and Learning and Development. Michael has had over 25 years of experience and knowledge in Director/Executive and Senior Leadership roles both nationally and internationally, more recently as Managing Director & Director of New Castalloy which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Harley-Davidson. Michael holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and is also an accredited RocheMartin practitioner in EQ. He also sits on the Board of The Industry Leaders Fund and has also been part of Ai Group South Australian Branch Committee for over 10 years and has previously held the position of Vice President. Michael has an immense passion for assisting in the growth and development of leaders and businesses. He believes that Leadership Development is a never-ending curve and that strong leaders with vision who constantly strive to improve themselves through training, development and coaching/mentoring are critical for business growth and ultimately the growth of the State.

Mark is an AFL Life Member, and also a member of the Australian Football Hall of Fame.
He is also currently deputy chair of the Adelaide Football Club Past Players board who assist with the welfare and well being of former players and officials.
