Brian has had over 25 years of experience as a CEO in Australia and is best known in Australian Rules football States in Australia for leadership roles in AFL football. He is an AFL Life Member and was awarded an Australian Sports Medal in 2000. Brian has been in demand in his consulting practice for almost 10 years since leaving his last CEO role. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, holds a Bachelor of Science and a Diploma in Education and is an accredited RocheMartin practitioner in EQ. He works with individuals as a coach and mentor and provides bespoke leadership development consulting. He also sits as a Director on five diverse Boards and acts as Chairman of four of these.
Tim is an Organisational Psychologist with over 30 years of consulting experience with local, rural, national and international organisations. He has extensive experience in both the public and private sector, and across multi national corporates and SMEs and the AFL. Tim customises his consulting solutions, stakeholder engagement, training programs, coaching and psychological assessments to meet the needs and objectives of each unique organisation and their people. His particular expertise is in Leadership development, Resilience and Emotional Intelligence. Tim’s passion is to assist organisations and their people to grow, develop and achieve their full potential. He has worked closely with staff at all levels to enhance interpersonal communication and understanding of self and others and to improve team and customer relationships, all of which ultimately drive individual and organisational productivity.
Hayley Lokan is an Organisational Psychologist and has been consulting for more than 10 years. Her experience comes from a combination of psychology, human resources and recruitment experience and she has consulted to a diverse range of industries including local and state Government bodies, as well as private enterprise and small business. In her role as an Organisational Psychologist she assists businesses to become more productive and effective through her work with individuals, teams and organisations. She has designed and facilitated large scale leadership programs for a diverse range of organisations, including Thermo Fisher Scientific, National Pharmacies, Singapore Institute of Management and Jurlique and is highly experienced in the use of psychometric assessments.
Jason is an Organisational Development (OD) consultant with over 15 years of experience working in Australia and across the world within the disciplines of OD, Human Resources and Learning and Development. Jason’s broad background in senior management roles compliments his chosen career path as a specialist facilitator, coach and consultant. He is an outstanding trainer and has accreditations in Human Resource Management, Training and Assessment, Mediation and behavioural and competency profiling instruments. Jason understands the pressures that come with being accountable in leading and managing business and people. Since 2008, Jason has worked within the energy sector to help build safety culture, safety leaders and engage workforces.
Roger is a former professional tennis player and now an international tennis coach on the ATP Men’s World Tour for the last 15 years. In 2018, Roger was selected by the international players to represent them on the Board of the ATP World Tennis Tour. Roger delivers keynote talks and provides coaching centered around his personalised “Elite Behaviour“ program for both athletes and for CEO’s through to executive management and individuals.
Georgina is a recent graduate of the Psychology Honours program at the
Flinders University of South Australia. She has strong research skills having
recently completed her Honours thesis and is adept at statistical analysis
and data interpretation. Her recent work experience is with administering
psychological assessments and reporting on the results of abilities, personality,
values, emotional intelligence and resilience questionnaires. She has also
been involved in recruitment and selection activities from advertising of
roles, interviewing, assessing, client briefing and on-boarding of successful
candidates. She has excellent report writing skills and great communication
and customer service skills and is a welcome addition to our team.
